System Composition

  1. Welding Robot Workstation
    The workstation includes arc‑welding robot, welding power source and full welding kits. Single‑axis / dual‑axis positioners and robot travelling mechanisms are optional to meet actual production demands.
  2. 2D Vision & Laser Seam‑Tracking System
    2D vision completes positioning for welding base materials. The laser seam‑tracking system collects real‑time weld‑seam data, enabling the robot to accurately locate weld centers and generate welding trajectories automatically, which greatly cuts operational complexity.
  3. Edge Server & Welding Expert System
    Deployed on edge servers, the welding expert system connects data across all welding links to enable remote monitoring and data push. Leveraging big‑data analytics and machine learning, it continuously optimizes welding processes. Ordinary engineers operating the robot can achieve welding quality comparable to senior welders.
  4. Offline Programming System
    With this system, engineers can manage robot tasks and adjust motion & process parameters via office PCs, realizing true unmanned and automatic welding.
